Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides employees and family members with access to confidential assistance for mental health issues and financial or legal problems. These can adversely affect relationships, home life and conduct, with knock-on effects on attendance and attitude at work.  Frequent absences due to personal problems can generate resentment among fellow-workers as well as being disruptive.

Customised Programmes
  • Our EAP programmes custom-made to your requirements.
  • The helplines are open 24 hours day, 365 days a year and callers will talk to a multi-disciplinary team of specialists.
  • A Programme can include:
    • Counselling staff and managers on re-integration into the team after prolonged or traumatic absence.
    • Personal and work counselling – including problems with relationships, anxiety, bereavement, divorce and other personal crises on the home front, as well as work pressures like stress, harassment and bullying. Counselling can be over the phone or, additionally, face-to-face where necessary.
    • Medical helpline – employees can seek medical information or discuss their own or family medical problems with a GP
    • Legal and financial advice – employees can talk with a lawyer or accountant, to resolve personal issues.
