1. On the day of the shift

 

At the beginning of your shift, please start the time clock.

At the end, before you clock out, you will need to complete the collection form.

Once a clinic has ended our courier will come and collect the parcel the next day. If the box is not packaged up and left in the correct place ready for collection, then collection is unsuccessful.

To avoid this, you will need to completely package the box and speak to the client to ask where the parcel needs to be left (this is usually the reception, post room or loading bay). Once done we will need for you to complete our collection form which has been integrated with the time clock feature.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN – you will need to know the clinic reference number.
This will be listed in the notes section of your shift. For example, DCF2022251.

Steps:
– click on your shift
– click open timeclock
– start the timeclock
– attach an image of the packaged box and add clinic reference
– Click clock out and end shift
