Business Development Manager
Your Mission
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
Nurture: Retain and grow relationships and revenues with our elite clients, including 5-star hotels, private healthcare providers, and corporate partners.
Build: Identify and capitalise on new opportunities across emerging and established markets, bringing in new revenues.
What You’ll Be Doing
Discover Opportunities: Research untapped markets, industry trends, and competitor insights. Then, use this information to make direct approaches to potential audiences such as gyms, instant test providers, airlines, private schools, Embassies, and overseas university students.
Forge Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring mutual growth and success. In particular, General Managers and Head Concierges from London’s 5-star hotels, Private medical practice managers, specialists/consultants and GPs and corporate HR.
Strategies for Success: Design and execute strategies to secure partnerships, drive referrals, and maximise business revenues.
Monitor Progress: Analyse and report on the performance of activities, competitor actions, and market trends to inform decision-making.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align goals and execute initiatives seamlessly.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Industry knowledge: Familiarity with London’s 5-star hospitality sector and private healthcare providers (existing relationships are a strong advantage).
Exceptional communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with others.
Networking expertise: A proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships and prospect outreach tools such as LinkedIn.
Driven personality: A resilient, energetic, and self-motivated attitude with a positive, proactive results-driven approach.
Tech savvy: Proficiency in MS365 and experience with CRM systems.
Your Work Environment
Dynamic location: Based at our office in Marylebone, with frequent client visits across London and occasional evening/weekend events or opportunities further afield.
Flexibility: Opportunities to work from home on occasion.
You will report to the Head of Business Development, working collaboratively to achieve ambitious growth goals.
