Dr Loredana Kent is an independent GP with a patient-centred approach to medicine and a particular interest in caring for older patients. Her experience includes general practice, elderly medicine, acute frailty services, rehabilitation medicine, nursing home care and palliative care.

Her background in older patients’ care began before qualification, including volunteering in a nursing home and working as a domiciliary carer while at medical school. During her hospital training, she gained experience across elderly care wards, acute frailty services and rehabilitation medicine. She later completed a diploma in geriatric medicine during her GP training to build on her clinical knowledge in this area.

Dr Richard Drewry is a highly experienced GP with many years of experience across both general practice and hospital medicine. Since 2005, he has served as Principal GP at Grove Park Surgery in Chiswick, combining long-term leadership in primary care with a strong clinical foundation built through acute and specialist hospital posts.

His earlier training covered emergency medicine, paediatrics, medicine for older people, and obstetrics and gynaecology, giving him broad experience across a wide range of clinical settings. Dr Patrick Sheehan is a highly experienced independent physician with a long-standing background in general internal medicine, gastroenterology, hepatology and sexual health. His career has included senior clinical work in Ireland and the UK, with extensive experience across hospital medicine, specialist registrar training, and later sexual health and HIV medicine.
 
He has worked extensively in specialist services and has particular expertise in the assessment and management of gastrointestinal and liver conditions, alongside broad experience in sexual health care.
 
Dr Sheehan’s earlier career included broad hospital training across medicine, surgery, cardiology, respiratory medicine and the care of older patients. He then completed higher specialist training in gastroenterology, hepatology, general internal medicine and endoscopy, including senior registrar posts at St James’s Hospital in Dublin and other major Irish hospitals.
 
This gave him substantial experience in acute general medicine, gastrointestinal disease, hepatology and endoscopy, including the management of complex conditions, HIV-associated hepatology, and extensive diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy. Later in his career, he worked in sexual health and HIV medicine in London, covering a broad range of clinics and working to UK clinical standards and national guidance.

Dr Santo Chakraborti is an experienced GP with a broad background spanning general practice, emergency medicine and surgical training. Dr Nahrin Raza is Doctorcall’s Clinical Operations and Governance Lead, with a medical background across General Medicine, Acute Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and General Surgery.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr Raza has experience in healthcare operations, including coordinating admissions and discharges, working with bed managers and patient pathway coordinators, managing referrals, and liaising with external teams.
 
She has also led medical audit and quality improvement projects, with experience taking projects from idea through to delivery and demonstrating measurable service improvement. Her governance experience includes infection control leadership, incident reporting and escalation, with patient safety at the centre of her work.
