My husband got sick twice during a visit to London, and the hotel gave us the number of Doctorcall. They came quickly, understood my husband's situation and underlying conditions, and were very responsive with prescriptions and recommendations. The first time the doctor had the medication in his bag, so we didn't even need to go to the pharmacy. Both physicians were excellent, as well as friendly and caring. They were a godsend - I can't imagine what we would have done if we'd had to seek care elsewhere. They are also being helpful in providing documentation for my travel insurance claim.

Lea who was our doctor on call was excellent. I had two broken wrists and she was able to provide all the advice we needed re travel back to Australia. She was very reassuring . This is fantastic service. I had to call out these doctors two nights running. They are lovely experienced and knowledgeable and caring doctors. They come out late at night or any time when needed. The service from the receptionists is absolutely superb. They are kind, caring and responsive as well. I will rely on this service if ever I need to call an out of hours service again. Because of the referral to hospital after I was not getting any better, by the second doctor who saw me, he saved my life as it turned out I had a very virulent strain of influenza and pneumonia. Thank you the girls on the switchboard and for excellent medical practitioners. We are very lucky to be able to access such a wonderful service.

We arrived in London on a trip and I became ill. It was necessary to find a doctor, and soon. Our hotel and our tour director arranged for Doctorcall to come to the hotel, diagnose, and treat me. My wife called to arrange the timing and payment and the doctor arrived on time at my hotel room. He examined me and prescribed medicine, most of which he brought with him. I had to refill a vital prescription while in London (comedy of errors involving soapy water getting into my pill bottle and “melting” them). After reaching out to Doctorcall and providing documentation, a doctor called me within 40 minutes, and in another 5 minutes the prescription had been sent to Boots. The GP asked me questions and actually listened to what I had to say. He was warm, friendly, and had a great bedside manner - although we were seated in the living room.

It was on a Sunday afternoon, and I was in bad stomach pain. So I asked for help at DoctorCall. A fully qualified physician soon arrived to see me. He found the reason for the pain and gave me instructions about the treatment I needed. I followed his advice and in a very short time was feeeling much better. I find DoctorCall a very good service, fast and reliable.

The Concierge at my Hotel recommended this service. It was quick and efficient. However £120 is a lot of money! But the fault was mine in leaving some necessary medications behind whilst I travelled away.

Became ill in a hotel in London. Concierge set me up with this service and could not be more impressed. Professional, comprehensive, sensitive and fast. They tele-diagnosed me and there was a prescription waiting for me by the time I walked to the pharmacy. Great , great service
