My husband got sick twice during a visit to London, and the hotel gave us the number of Doctorcall. They came quickly, understood my husband's situation and underlying conditions, and were very responsive with prescriptions and recommendations. The first time the doctor had the medication in his bag, so we didn't even need to go to the pharmacy. Both physicians were excellent, as well as friendly and caring. They were a godsend - I can't imagine what we would have done if we'd had to seek care elsewhere. They are also being helpful in providing documentation for my travel insurance claim.

Lea who was our doctor on call was excellent. I had two broken wrists and she was able to provide all the advice we needed re travel back to Australia. She was very reassuring . The contact from D on call was timely including notifying us the Lea would be late in arriving. Doctor on Call was just the service we needed. This is fantastic service. I had to call out these doctors two nights running. They are lovely experienced and knowledgeable and caring doctors. They come out late at night or any time when needed. The service from the receptionists is absolutely superb. They are kind, caring and responsive as well. I will rely on this service if ever I need to call an out of hours service again. Because of the referral to hospital after I was not getting any better, by the second doctor who saw me, he saved my life as it turned out I had a very virulent strain of influenza and pneumonia. Thank you the girls on the switchboard and for excellent medical practitioners. We are very lucky to be able to access such a wonderful service.

We arrived in London on a trip and I became ill. It was necessary to find a doctor, and soon. Our hotel and our tour director arranged for Doctorcall to come to the hotel, diagnose, and treat me. My wife called to arrange the timing and payment and the doctor arrived on time at my hotel room. He examined me and prescribed medicine, most of which he brought with him. He was a calming presence for us and a most effective physician. A most welcome doctor at the proper time. I recovered as expected and made the flight back to the U.S. without problems. I had to refill a vital prescription while in London (comedy of errors involving soapy water getting into my pill bottle and “melting” them). After reaching out to Doctorcall and providing documentation, a doctor called me within 40 minutes, and in another 5 minutes the prescription had been sent to Boots. Doctorcall (and the nice people at Boots who recommended it to me) was a literal lifesaver!.

The GP asked me questions and actually listened to what I had to say. He was warm, friendly, and had a great bedside manner - although we were seated in the living room.

It was on a Sunday afternoon, and I was in bad stomach pain. So I asked for help at DoctorCall. A fully qualified physician soon arrived to see me. He found the reason for the pain and gave me instructions about the treatment I needed. I followed his advice and in a very short time was feeeling much better. I find DoctorCall a very good service, fast and reliable.

The Concierge at my Hotel recommended this service. It was quick and efficient. However £120 is a lot of money! But the fault was mine in leaving some necessary medications behind whilst I travelled away.

I arrived in London very ill with a respiratory infection after a month long sojourn in a country where I don't speak the language and was therefore hesitant to seek medical advice. The hotel concierge contacted Doctorcall who, for a reasonable fee (by US standards) sent a doctor to my hotel room within two hours. Dr. Thompson was, by far, the best diagnostician I have encountered in my 73 years. He assessed my situation ("You are very sick"), prescribed numerous medications for the infections in my lungs, eyes and ears (and thrush mouth!) AND supplied most of the medications directly from his bag. He also told me that I could not fly home without rupturing my ear drum until the medication cleared the infection. Good to know!! I will be forever grateful that I was able to get timely, accurate and extremely helpful medical help in such a convenient manner.

So convenient, friendly and professional. I had spent hours trying to get a prescription via my local pharmacy (but was too old); tried 111 but, because of my age, had to speak to a clinician except they weren’t available for 48 hours. Within half an hour, I had spoken to a DoctorCall GP and had my prescription. What efficiency!

We have some ongoing health challenges and feel extremely lucky to have Doctorcall on our team. Dr. Sheehan is absolutely a gem, knowledgable and caring and a very nice man. Given our challenging circumstances it is a real boon to be able to be seen in our home by this excellent physician.

I have twice used Doctorcall recently. First time I was feeling awful and asked my own GP and had visited A and E with no joy at either visit. The Doctorcall doctor came round and discovered I had Coviid. No one else had thought to do test. Second time was a similar experience. Feeling awful and had a negative test for a UTI a fortnight ago. The doctor suggested I had a new UTI or perhaps the old one had returned. I thought it was pointless to do a test but he insisted and sure enough he was right. These are small things - but important things. Both doctors insisted simply on being thorough and taking nothing for granted, with very good results for me. They went back to basics. Both were very nice and reassuring. Worth every penny despite friends scoffing and saying I was wasting my money. I wasn't. Of course it is good to have a doctor who knows you well, but sometimes they know you too well. A fresh eye in these cases was - wel - just what the doctor ordered.

The Doctor was here within an hour. Thorough check of my daughter. I thought she may have pneumonia.
