We have some lovely news to share. Doctorcall has won Gold for Best Enterprising Business at the LCCI SME London Business Awards 2026.
Awards are never the reason we do the work. Seeing patients feel better and families breathe easier is what matters most. Still, it’s genuinely nice to be recognised by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, especially alongside so many impressive London organisations.
Our CEO, Selvavinayagam Vireswer, attended the ceremony on behalf of the team, alongside Wendy Carpenter, our Relationship Manager.
What This Award Means To Us
The Best Enterprising Business category recognises organisations that keep pushing forward, take on new projects, and bring fresh thinking to their sector. For Doctorcall, that really comes down to the basics we care about most. Making it easier to get high-quality medical care, without losing the personal touch or the clinical standards.
In practice, that means our clinicians and coordination team working closely together so care happens smoothly. It means an easy booking process, timely care, and communication that helps patients feel informed and supported.
A lot of it is work you never see. Clinical governance, training, and the checks behind the scenes that keep standards high. But it is the kind of work that changes the experience for patients, especially when they are unwell and just want things to be simple.
