How long will it take for a doctor to arrive?
Our rapid-response 24-hour private GP visiting doctor service is designed to get an experienced GP to you as soon as possible. The time it takes depends on whether there are members waiting to be seen and prevailing traffic conditions. You will be given an estimated time of arrival for the doctor when you book your visit.
How qualified are your doctors?
All of our private doctors work with us on a permanent basis. They are all appropriately qualified and experienced to work in both the NHS and in private medical practices/the independent healthcare sector.
Can you provide medicines?
We are a “dispensing practice” and provide a mobile pharmacy service. In many cases the visiting doctor can dispense immediate medication. Alternatively, we have access to extended-hours pharmacies who can dispense pharmacy supplies.
Can you make referrals?
If you need to be referred for hospital or specialist treatment, we can refer you to either a private or NHS hospital and using our network of the top specialists we can arrange private appointments with the leading specialists at short notice.
